We have two self contained apartments at The Royal Oak in Mersham, ten minutes from Le Shuttle and twenty five from the Port of Dover. Both are yours alone, both welcome dogs, and dinner is a few steps away.

Our original boutique apartment, right beside the inn. Two well appointed bedrooms, one with its own ensuite, plus a family shower room. There is a living room with tea and coffee making facilities and a 50 inch TV with Netflix.

The Loft
Sleeps 2, one bedroom, shower ensuite
Our newest space, tucked in the grounds behind the pub and reached by its own oak staircase. A king sized bed under the eaves, a marble shower ensuite, a two seater settee, tea and coffee and a small fridge. One guest said it feels like staying in a tree house.
A floor mattress, a toddler bed, or both, can be added on request.

One thing worth knowing. Neither apartment has cooking facilities, and breakfast is not included. Lunch and dinner are served next door, and most of our guests would rather someone else did the cooking.
You will not have far to go for dinner
The Royal Oak is a fifteenth century inn with a real log fire in winter and a garden in summer. Plated Sunday roasts are served until 8pm, later than almost anywhere near here. There is a contemporary restaurant menu, stonebaked pizza, baguettes at lunchtime and real ale at the bar.
